Have you tried our new “Manage My Booking” function yet? Since we launched our new website and booking system, it’s now easy to manage your booking online – whether you originally booked online or not. All you need is your booking reference number and email address to log on using the link in the top menu bar on our website.
You can then:
- Update Advanced Passenger Information (if applicable – mostly for short breaks and European Trips)
- Print/Reprint/download your Booking Confirmation and other Booking documentation (including your full itinerary when available)
- Pay any balance outstanding
- Advise us of any special requests (e.g. coach seating preference, notify us of a special occasion, etc.)
For more complex requests that may not be available for self-service (e.g. add an additional person or make a cancellation request), you can still submit these details through the Requests and Amendments section in Manage My Booking and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
Of course, our team are still available on 01603 868680 (during office hours) to assist as well but, as things return to normal after the pandemic, our phone lines are much busier!
