At IC Travel we do all we can to make your day out, short break or private hire as perfect as possible for you.

For day trips and short breaks you can use our online booking system to book, make secure online payments and confirm your booking. Just view your chosen trip on our website and follow the simple, intuitive online booking process by clicking “book now”. Places will reserved automatically and instantly for online bookings. For telephone bookings where payment is not made by credit or debit card your booking will be held for 5 days pending receipt of payment.

Payment types accepted are :

  • Debit or Credit Card online
  • Debit of Credit Card by telephone
  • Bank Transfer (bank details will be supplied on booking)
  • PayPal (account details will be supplied on booking)
  • Cheque

Day trips, theatre and concert trips generally require full payment on booking. For some of our short breaks and longer trips a booking deposit can be paid, with the balance due a short time before departure. Please click through to the “Book Now” section for each trip to see available options.

Each trip has an enquiry form at the bottom of each page for individual trip enquiries should you have any questions.

Bookings can also be initiated or enquiries can be made by calling us on 01603 868680 during office hours, by completing the form on each trip page or by clicking the “Contact Us” button below (completing the forms will generate a secure email to us) or, if you prefer, by using your own email and clicking here.

If you have an existing booking many useful functions can be undertaken online. These include :

  • Update Advanced Passenger Information (if applicable)
  • Print or download your Booking Confirmation and other Booking documentation
  • Pay your balance
  • Advise us of any special requests

Simply visit our Manage my Booking page and log on with your booking reference and email address.

Your Booking Reference can be found at the top of your Booking Confirmation.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm. We appreciate that our customers may like to make contact outside of normal office hours and sometimes you may need to leave a message (but please don’t use our out of hours number except in case of emergency!). Messages left on our office line are monitored 7 days a week and we will deal with as required and call you back as soon as we can!
