Do you arrange parking?

For trips longer than one day we recommend that customers arrange to be dropped off and picked up regardless of the coach pickup point selected.

For day trips it is the customers responsibility to arrange parking at the various pick-up points offered. If necessary, please contact us for more information.

Taverham Village Hall

We have been advised by the Parish Council that car parking for our customers is not permitted at Taverham Village Hall. This is due to a high level of vehicles required to park for the bookings at the hall.

We pick up at the village hall and it may be that you wish to park in a side road, be dropped off, or alternatively meet the coach at one of the other pick-up points (Drayton, Costessey Centre (Longwater Lane), Sainsburys,  Thickthorn etc.)  Parking is available near to most pick-up points.  If you need any help with this then please contact the office.

Overnight parking is also not permitted at Taverham Village Hall.

NB – We do not have access to the security gate cannot be held liable for any cars which may be locked in.

Longwater

Sainsbury car park – The manager advises the car park is not owned by Sainsburys but a car park company. Parking is at your own risk. Please DO NOT park in the disabled or mother and child spaces.

Shared car park – The Range, Pizza Hut, Marks & Spencer, etc. There is a strict 3-hour time limit managed by ANPR cameras.

Thickthorn

Park & Ride – Arrangements have been made with Norfolk County Council to allow our customers to park in a designated area on the Park and Ride site. This is subject to a nominal charge and the display of a parking permit in each vehicle. Please note that :

  • The Thickthorn Park and Ride site entry barrier is opened at 5.30am daily
  • Overnight parking is not permitted at Thickthorn Park and Ride site so this applies to DAY TRIPS ONLY
  • Our coaches are not currently permitted to enter the Park and Ride site so all pickups an drop offs will continue to be at the bus stop outside the entrance gates for the time being.
  • If we arrive back late (i.e. after the entry cate is locked) customers will still be able to exit the car park via the automated exit gate.
  • Parking permits will be issued with your final trip details (around 7 days before departure for day trips)

Parking vouchers are available at the time of booking day trips, both online and by telephone. They can also be purchased after bookings have been made, but only by telephone to our office (01603 868680 – Mon-Fri 10am – 4pm)

Please note that you will need to be able to print, and must display your voucher in your vehicle at the time of parking.

Attleborough

Queens Square car park – a 3-hour maximum time limit (Monday to Saturday) was introduced in January 2022.
