Manage My Booking

Have you tried our “Manage My Booking” service yet? It’s easy to manage your booking online – whether you originally booked online or not. All you need is your booking reference number and email address to log on using the link in the top menu bar on our website.

You can then:

  • Update Advanced Passenger Information (if applicable – mostly for short breaks and European Trips)
  • Print/Reprint/download your Booking Confirmation and other Booking documentation (including your full itinerary when available – usually 7 to 14 days before departure date)
  • Pay any balance outstanding
  • Advise us of any special requests (e.g. coach seating preference, notify us of a special occasion, etc.)

For more complex requests that may not be available for self-service (e.g. add an additional person or make a cancellation request), you can still submit these details through the Requests and Amendments section in Manage My Booking and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.

Of course, our team are available on 01603 868680 (during office hours) to assist as well but this option helps keep our phone lines free and costs down and is available 24×7!
