I’m having problems with online booking – what’s the issue?

It’s not currently recommended to use phones or smaller tablet devices for online bookings as there are sometimes rendering issues on these smaller displays. 10” screens or larger are usually OK but tablets may need rotating from landscape to portrait mode or vice-versa.

Generally speaking, there should be no issues with desktop or laptop devices.

With the wide variety of devices now available that can, in theory, run a web browser it’s simply not possible to test on every variant. Our (external) booking software supplier is in the course of refreshing the online booking interface and we hope to see a revised version sometime later in 2026.
