Nancy & I joined the coach at Taverham for our trip to Wales. We had a lovely journey to Llandudno and stayed at the “Somerset” hotel on the sea front. The weather was marvellous; every day sunshine! I am sure Ian ordered it! The places we visited were very interesting. Our Driver (Dave) was excellent and he kept us informed on places of interest and was always around to answer questions.

Roger, what can I say, lovely man, he kept us informed on where we were going, and of course the times we had to be ready etc. The day we were leaving Nancy had a fall and fractured her hip. IC Travel were marvellous, nothing was too much trouble. One thing sticks in my mind, Roger came up to me and said “Are you OK for cash?” What a gesture. Thank you, Roger, for that.

Nancy also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from IC Travel. IC Travel will always stick out in my mind.

Ann and I went on your Isle of Wight trip last week with Cherry and Keano.

We would just like to say 'thank you' for a lovely trip. Our driver and host were brilliant and kept us 'well looked after' so thanks again.

I have been on a few day trips with you but NOT a longer one - this is the first time with you for Ann. I hope we will do more trips with you in the future.

Hi all

I wish to thank IC Travel for a wonderful weekend away this weekend. It was mine and my friend’s first holiday with IC Travel. Alison and Lou looked after us so well. They made a great team. Alison is a fantastic driver and Lou a very attentive host. They were very professional, friendly and such a laugh. They both kept us informed of everything that was happening. Alison had done her research very well about the area on Bristol and Bath. On the way down she took us to Bicester garden centre rather than an impersonal hectic motorway services. Alison also gave us a treat when she dropped in Castle Coombe for an hour to look around. This wasn’t on the agenda (as far as I know!) but was a delightful stop.

Both Lou and Alison were knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the various places we visited. Loved meal times too. My friend and me loved chatting to the other guests as well as Lou and Alison. It seemed like a big family trip.

Although this was our first holiday, I have been to Camden with my daughter and friends with IC Travel. I also went to Lavenham and Woodbridge with Carol. They were all such brilliant trips. But we did love the Lou and Alison pairing!

We will definitely be booking with IC Travel again next year.

Your team of 3 - Roger Dave and the lovely Tamsin (brill drink maker) were super, nothing was too much trouble for their guests. The whole trip was like one big happy family outing, keep up the good work. Looking forward to our next outing with you in Dec. Thank you all again. We just wanted to thank you very much for all your care and attention to us all whilst on the tour to Llandudno.
It is the first time we have used IC travel and we have been so impressed with the whole team. Dave the driver was excellent and so friendly. You all made a great team.

The dream team of Alison, Richard and Dawn were the driver and hosts for this splendid holiday. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the passengers no matter what problem may occur and did throughout the holiday.
Enjoyed the venue, varied programme jam packed with a variety of outings every day including the extra stop at Stonehenge on the way home. The delights didn't stop coming. All with the assured team of hosts and driver to look after all the passengers.
The same attention to details and enjoyment on the day trips ( must mention the superb afternoon tea at " The Swan " Southwold as special )
We look forward to many more such trips with IC Travel.

I felt that I should send IC travel to say thank you for a very enjoyable time at Hyde Hall. It was a present from my friend who made the booking, the weather was very good as well which was a bonus.

More importantly both Cherry and the driver Simon kept our spirits up despite the long wait in getting into the show, a big pat on the back to them.

Although I am not a regular coach user and my first experience with IC Travel was through the Hethersett Horticulture club visit to Doddington Hall, we thought we would try another one of your trips and you will see us again.

I was recommended IC Travel for airport travel for my journey to Luton Airport in the v early hours of the morning in January. I was very pleased, excellent service, both professionally and on a personal level. I have booked again for next February.

What a lovely day we all had as a group visit to the Tower of London, from pick up, to return journey home, lovely coach driver Alison and host Cherry. Would highly recommend coach travel, saves all the worry of parking, and can be left in the capable hands of a very confident driver like Alison .
