Join us to experience the Wizarding World as we return again to the Harry Potter Studio Tour.
Discover how filmmakers created snow that never melts and flames without fire as you get hands on with the different types of filmmaking ‘snow’, each selected for its ability to float like falling snow, crunch under foot or glisten in the light like ice. As you make your way around the Studio Tour, look out for the ‘lit’ fireplaces and discover how fire was created on-screen by the Special Effects team using a combination of water vapour and lighting effects.
The team behind Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter wanted to preserve and showcase these iconic props, costumes and sets so that Harry Potter fans could experience the magic of filmmaking first-hand. Many of the original cast and crew returned to reassemble the sets and record their memories from filming, and on 31st March 2012, the Studio Tour opened its doors.
Set adjacent to the working film studios where all eight Harry Potter films were made, the Studio Tour offers visitors the unique opportunity to explore two soundstages and a backlot filled with original sets, animatronic creatures and breathtaking special effects.

The new exhibition has been designed by the same Oscar winning artists who worked on the smash hit film series, so guests can expect a truly magical experience including towering marble pillars, crystal chandeliers and breath-taking prosthetics that will leave both adults and children spellbound.
